Coaches will notify athletes if they qualify for an invitational the week of the meet.

Additional info: some invitational entries are frosh/soph and varsity only. 11th/12th must be entered as varsity. 9th/10th will be entered as frosh/soph excepting those that have met/exceeded varsity standards with competitive times/marks. 11th/12th field athletes can be placed as JV if they do not meet varsity standards.

Transportation

For the 2026 Season, if you need to drive your athlete to/from a meet, the transportation form needs to be filled out and given to the coach 4 days before the meet so it can be approved by the athletic department. Transportation forms need to be filled out and approved for every meet.
